Thank you for choosing MYMM Sync for YNAB (“the Add-on”), a Google Sheets add-on developed by Money Matters LLC. By installing or using this Add-on, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Add-on.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using MYMM Sync for YNAB, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Money Matters LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Add-on after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of the Add-on

MYMM Sync for YNAB is a Google Sheets add-on that connects to your YNAB account and imports your budget data, categories, and transactions for personal financial tracking and analysis within Google Sheets.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Add-on only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any portion of the Add-on.
• Use the Add-on in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality or interfere with other users.
• Violate any applicable laws or Google Marketplace policies.

4. Payment Terms

The Add-on is available for a one-time payment. All payments are processed via the Google Workspace Marketplace. Please refer to Google’s refund policies for any issues related to payment processing. Money Matters LLC does not handle payment processing directly.

5. License

Upon payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MYMM Sync for YNAB for your personal or internal business use. All intellectual property rights remain with Money Matters LLC.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Your privacy is important to us. The Add-on collects and uses the following information:

•  OAuth2 Tokens: Used to securely connect to your YNAB account.
• Session-Based Data: Access tokens are temporarily stored during active sessions to fetch your YNAB data (budgets, categories, transactions).

We do not store any personal financial data permanently and do not share your data with third parties, except for the required YNAB API services. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

We are not affiliated, associated, or in any way officially connected with YNAB, or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates. The official YNAB website can be found at https://www.ynab.com. The names YNAB and You Need A Budget, as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images, are registered trademarks of YNAB.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided “as-is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Money Matters LLC does not guarantee that the Add-on will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Money Matters LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Add-on. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Add-on.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Add-on at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of misuse or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license will be revoked and you must discontinue using the Add-on.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Add-on following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
