I will admit: money is hard.
Because money isn’t just money. We give it so much meaning in our lives: power, control, status, security, freedom, and more. Let’s be honest: we often judge ourselves (and others) based on financial status, even if it’s not entirely intentional.
We can overcome…

Your financial life tells a story–one shaped by your past, lived in your present, and written in the future you’re creating.
This course helps you understand that money story, rewrite the parts that no longer serve you, and design a roadmap for where you want to go next.

I’m confident that you’ll love this course, but if at any time you don’t feel like you’re getting the ROI you expected from the Mapping Your Money Journey course, just send me an email at contact@makingyourmoneymatter.com and I’ll refund your payment.
This course is the first in a series of courses that will guide you to set up your Personal Finance Bundle.
While I’m all about spreadsheets (I think you can tell), money is much more personal than the numbers. This course helps bridge the gap between numbers, mindset and your unique personality and goals to help you see how money can create meaning in your life.
The Mapping Your Money Journey course includes the first module of the Personal Finance Bundle (Financial Goals & Milestones).
This course features the brand new updated version of the Personal Finance Bundle (the initial module where you set up Financial Goals and track net worth).
If you decide to purchase or upgrade the Personal Finance Bundle (likely it will be available mid-December 2025) and have purchased this course, you’ll get a small discount off the cost (to purchase or upgrade) since you already have this module.
The focus of the Mapping Your Money Journey course is to provide actionable templates (along with a comprehensive education so that you have knowledge you need!) to take action on every single part of your financial plan.
I’ve brought my years of education, training and experience as a CPA and CFP to ensure that this is the best money mindset & financial goal-setting course out there.
You can use either to complete this course, however I highly recommend using Google Sheets because:
I’ve created Excel versions of templates (when downloading them from Google Sheets messes up the templates), so you can choose either!
There are plenty of simple personal finance courses out there. My goal for these courses is to go in-depth so that you have the knowledge and tools to really master your money.
I’ve structured this course to be able to complete one module per week, with about 30 minutes of learning and implementation per week.
Of course, it will depend on how much you already know about personal finance, whether you’re currently tracking your net worth and whether you already have specific financial goals.
I’ve gone over the materials and assignments multiple times to try to make it as efficient as possible.
You can check out a sample lesson in the Mapping Your Money Journey: Money Past, Present & Future course here.
Be sure to click on “Lesson Content” at the bottom so you can see how the implementation works!
You’ll have lifetime access to all videos, templates and other materials provided in this course.
In addition, you’ll also have lifetime access to all future updates.
If you have any questions about the course or completing the templates, please email me at: contact@makingyourmoneymatter.com.
If you’re looking for advice on your own specific situation (rather than questions about the materials), I have coaching hours available at $225/hour. Please email me for a link to book an appointment.
